Yes — I’m Ready to Feel Better →Just $129 · Less than a single session · More than you imagined possible
You wake up in the morning and the first thing you notice is what hurts. Your back. Your knee. Your feet the moment they hit the floor. You used to push through it — but lately it’s starting to push back.
You’ve watched yourself slowly stop doing things you love. Maybe you skipped Disney last year because you knew you couldn’t handle it. Maybe you sat out at the grandkids’ game instead of being down on the field with them. Maybe you said no to the girls’ shopping trip because you’d be useless by the second store.
And the frustrating part? You’re not sick. Your doctor says everything’s “fine.” But nothing feels fine.
“You’re in the gap — and that’s exactly where I work.”
You go to the birthday party at the amusement park and wake up the next day feeling clear-headed and full of energy — not like you downed three bottles of wine.
You lift your grandchild up onto the slide without your shoulder screaming at you. You don’t even think twice about it.
You shop all day with the girls and still have something left in the tank when you get home — no knee pain, no back ache, no collapsing on the couch.
You cook Thanksgiving for the whole family and actually enjoy the day — not just survive it on adrenaline and ibuprofen.
You sit through your grandkid’s tournament all weekend and get up Monday morning without pain shooting through your feet and back.
You are present for your life — not managing it from the sidelines, not watching other people have the fun you used to have.
There’s a place most women your age get stuck — and nobody talks about it. You’re not sick enough for medicine to do much, but you don’t fit the mold the fitness industry was built for either.
Metabolic health sits at the root of nearly everything you’re feeling — the brain fog, the fatigue, the pain that comes out of nowhere, the weight that won’t budge no matter what you do. Most trainers don’t know to look for it. I do.
I didn’t become a health coach because wellness was always easy for me. I became one because it nearly wasn’t possible at all.
I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes the hard way — four nurses with me, almost unconscious, in an elevator headed to the ICU. One of them declares that someone should tell the floor nurse to call them before the patient is “almost dead” next time. That was me. Diabetic ketoacidosis doesn’t give warning and isn’t forgiving.
Terrifying, yes. But looking back, it was a gift. Because chronic disease is quiet. It creeps. It steals your good years slowly, so gradually you don’t notice until you’re already overwhelmed and under its control. My wake-up call was dramatic enough that I couldn’t look away.
So I researched everything. I followed every expert. I was told to eat nearly 200 grams of carbs a day — advice that had already failed me twice during pregnancies with gestational diabetes. Everyone said Type 2 was irreversible. That it only progresses.
They were wrong.
My cousin — an RD who specializes in diabetes — helped me find the right nutritional path. I did the work. I trained. I learned. And I brought my A1c from a dangerous 12.5 all the way down to 6.2.
Then in 2022, COVID reset the board. Blood sugar, energy, weight — all of it tanked again and nothing moved the needle. That’s when I found quantum biology strategies that, layered with nutrition and strength training, finally gave me hope again.
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, behavioral change coach, and nutrition coach. But what I really am is someone who has lived in the exact gap you’re standing in — and found the way through. I know which levers to pull for your body, your life, and your mindset. That’s not something you get from a certification. That’s hard-won.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter program. It’s a 5-week experience built around you — your goals, your fears, your real life.
We start here. We dig into your goals, your fears, your roadblocks, your strengths, and your real-life limits. What comes out of this call is a strategy that’s actually built for you — not a template with your name on it.
No burpees. No sit-ups. No gym required (unless you want one). Your program is designed around where you are now and what will actually move the needle for your body. It can be adjusted as we go.
You’re not doing this alone. Message me during office hours any weekday. If something urgent comes up over the weekend, emergency calls are available. You’ll never feel stranded.
That’s it. This program was designed for women whose time is precious. No hour-long gym sessions five days a week. Just focused, effective actions that fit into your actual schedule.
Strong Foundations is a starting point — not a quick fix. The habits, the awareness, and the momentum you build here are yours to keep. Many clients come back for more because they finally believe change is possible for them.
You’ve been trying for years and can’t figure out why nothing sticks — and you’ve started wondering if it’s just “too late for you.”
You’re not ready to commit to a 12-week program yet, but you want something real that gets you real results to start.
You hate the gym — or can’t get to one — and need a plan that works in your actual life.
You deal with brain fog, low energy, stubborn weight, or metabolic symptoms that nobody seems to be addressing.
You want to move better — without pain — so you can show up fully for the people and moments that matter most to you.
You don’t trust most fitness professionals — and honestly, after what you’ve been through, that makes complete sense. You need someone different.
The same as a single one-on-one session with me. For five weeks of individualized coaching, direct access, and a strategy built entirely around your life.

The women who work with me always say the same thing afterward: “I just wish I’d started sooner.” Don’t be the one who waits another year. Your grandkids want you on that slide. Your girlfriends want you at the front of that store. And your body — this capable, resilient body — is ready to surprise you.
