Strong Foundations starts with a full strategy call where we figure out exactly what's been in your way and build something that actually fits. This isn't another program to white-knuckle your way through. It's the first one designed for you specifically.

For that same investment, you get a one-hour personal strategy call, five weeks of individualized programming, direct access to me via messaging every weekday, and a plan built entirely around your life. What if I have injuries, pain, or physical limitations?

This program was literally built for women navigating exactly that. I meet you where you are, not where a generic program thinks you should be.

Every movement and action is chosen with your body's current capacity in mind. No burpees. No sit-ups. Not even a modified sit-up is required. If it's not appropriate for your body, we don't do it.

Each week, you work through your actions — about an hour total — and message me anytime during weekday office hours with questions, wins, or hard days. I'm here. You're not doing this alone.

You'll have built a real foundation with habits that feel natural, a body that's starting to respond, and momentum you can feel.
