blue blocking glasses help signal to your body that it's going to be time for bed soon. In nature, the red light increases and the blue light decreases gradually as we progress toward night. In a blue lit house where we're being blasted by screens as well as overhead lights, these glasses can add a filter that helps your body recognize the day is moving toward it's end and signal your body to start producing melatonin and reduce cortisol and other hormones that keep you alert.

Yellow works to keep the blue from screens and fluorescent lighting in check during the day, Orange are great for winding down after sunset while you're inside. Red are the most intense and super for 30 minutes to an hour before bed.
